Agios Panteleimon is a small village only 1.5 kms from the north coast of Corfu and the all year round resort of Acharavi, with its fine sandy beaches, restaurants and tavernas.
Bordered by woods stretching down to the coast and through which one can walk to Acharavi, this new semi detached house is in a beautiful, quiet location, which enjoys stunning views both of the sea and mountains.
Completed in April 2011 the house provides 105 sq.m. of accommodation, excluding the loft area.
On the ground floor is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with ample cupboards and work surfaces. The kitchen door leads to a yard at the rear of the house. The kitchen is open plan with a large lounge and dining area. French doors lead onto a good sized terrace at the front of the house and from where there are superb views.

Agios Panteleimen is approximately 50 minutes from Corfu town.Within a 5 to 15 minutes drive of Agios Panteleimon there are harbours and marinas at Astrakeri and Kassiopi, whilst the marina at Gouvia, the largest in the Ionian Islands, is 45 minutes away.
Acharavi has shopping facilitties, including butcher, baker, supermarket, pharmacy as well as restaurants and tavernas.
Both the house and the location are ideal either as a holiday home, or as a permanent residence.
